How important is it to have a bath in your bathroom?

We live in a 1930s 2 bed semi. We are currently doing it up with the intention to sell next year. The property has a reasonably new bathroom - it was done just before we bought the house. Only problem is it doesn’t have a bath (the previous owners were disabled).
How important is this? We don’t know if we should completely re-do the bathroom so we can install a bath back in. It didn’t put us off buying the house, but would it put other people off?
The house is more suited to a couple than a family - that is why we’re not sure if it’s necessary!

In my new house the toilet is in a seperate little room next door to the bathroom. I want to have a new bathroom fitted but at the same time have the wall between the toilet and bathroom removed to make it all one room - thinking maybe have the shower in the toilet room space. Any ideas how mush extra onto the labour it might be to make them one room?
I’m not asking for the price for the whole job, just how much extra for the joining wall.

Have bought the bathroom suite already (sink, bath and toilet only). How much approximately for LABOUR to fit it and re-tile from floor to ceiling, and tile the floor. I mean very rough estimate say within the nearest £500. And it’s quite a small bathroom.

We have had our bird for several years and need to move him to a new location. The bathroom would be a nice solution because it is easy to keep clean and he would get a lot of visitors. There is also a window he can look out of. But is a bathroom’s humidity a problem for the bird? This is where we have our shower.

I’m planning a future addition to my house, which will include a new bathroom. I was told be someone that I need to be careful when adding more plumbing, because it will affect my water pressure. If it will give me poor water pressure, then what steps can I take to make sure this doesn’t happen?

How much will it cost to add a bathroom to my house?

It will require adding a wall as well as connecting the plumbing from another bathroom (which would share a wall with the new bathroom). The approximate size would be 5 feet by 10 feet. I am in Southern California if that makes a difference.

I currently own a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom house and want to install another bathroom. I am planning on adding on to the house. Does anyone have an idea how much it would cost for plumbing, building materials for the new room, bathroom essentials (toilet, shower, sink etc.) and labor cost? If I forgot anything let me know!!! Thanks.
