My daughter is 4 1/2, and I have full custody of her. She has a small bladder and usually when we are at a restaurant, supermarket, anywhere in public she has to go to the bathroom. I don’t think she’s old enough to go into the women’s by herself, and I don’t want to take her into the men’s because of men using the urinals. What’s a dad to do?

We have been potty training my daughter for a few months now. She is staying completely dry even at night. The problem we have is she wakes up several times a night to use the bathroom and stands in the bathroom crying until we come help her. We try to encourage her to pull her own pj down and get on the toilet but she just cries and asks for help. We have installed night lights and leave the bathroom light on. We also have her potty seat and step stool in place to make it as easy as possible. She calls out for us to come help and cries until everyone in the house is awake. I don’t know what to do to stop this. Please help anyone!

My son finds it difficult to ‘hold on’ when we are out and about. He turned four in February. My other kids are twin 7 y/o girls and a 4 month old baby.
When my son needs to go, he needs to go NOW. I find it hard to get him there in time with 3 other young kids in tow. He always goes to the bathroom before we leave the house.

He was a late potty trainer and only really got the hang of it about 6 months ago.
