I live with my sister and she built more room upstairs behind the bathroom and a new room happens to be my bedroom , I have to walk through the bathroom. How can I solve it in Feng Shui way? Should I put anything in the bathroom?

I see lots of people putting it in the kitchen, but never in the bathroom. Is that ok or tacky?

I’m renovating my original victorian bathroom. I am staining the original wainscotting to a mahogany stain. I’m looking for color matches that would go with the stain and stay within the victorian period. Are there any websites that show different bathroom color schemes?

I have two bathroom fans that I discovered aren’t connected to the outside vents designed for them. The thing is, no one I’ve talked to can tell me what I should use to connect the darn things. ANY info at all would be GREATLY appreciated!

We have a fully tiled bathroom on an upstairs floor, I have unscrewed the drain cover and inside there is a mess of grime - looks like white foamy stuff and probably hair etc. When we have a shower sometimes the soap comes out of the drain cover like dishwashing liquid bubbles. I’ve tried Draino but this didn’t work, today I found little midges (insects) in there.

My friend has a one month old female pupy. She is trying to get her to go to the bathroom outside, but whenever she brings her outside to go, the dog wont. When my friend brings the puppy back in, she goes on the floor. How do you teach a puppy to go to the bathroom outside?

I must preface this question with “we only have one bathroom”, so time is of the essense.

Here’s what we want done:
- New shower/tub insert
- New tile on floor and half way up walls (sorry - not sure what that’s called)
- Repair water damage (there’s a leak in tub area - it’s been going on for about 6 months)
- New cabinet (will order)
- Paint as needed (will keep current color)
- Replace fixtures
- Update plumbing (I think this will be limited)

Other than the water damage, I don’t think we’ll have to replace/remove any sheetrock. Also, we’re keeping the toilet (just replaced).

So, how long do you think this will take and is there any wisdom that you’d like to pass along. We’re open to all suggestions. We’ll be using a friend’s bathroom until all is done, but we want it done fast!

hi i’m installing a fan in the bathroom it’s nessasary because all the the paint is chipping because of it.looks like there is a exuast vent on the roof for it so i’m good for that i’m just concerned on how i’m going to wire it i believe the easiest way would be to splice from the light i need instructions and tips to do that and tips that you found helpfull for installing a fan.
theres no fan currently and no ground in the house how would i specifically wire it to the light.

Do you have a system for organizing toiletries, supplies, medicines etc among various drawers, shelves in the bathroom? What categories and compartments you divide them into?

At the moment have just got all manner of bathroom items collected over many years messily piled into bathroom shelves at random and so I’m thinking about how to organize it.
